DESCRIPTION:WIA presents\nBreathe & Build (Your Network)\nWednesday\, April 29\, 2026\n5:30 – 7:00 p.m.\nFred Fletcher Park | Raleigh\, NC\nRain Location: CfAD\n\nAIAT Members and Annual Partners – $5\nNon-Members – $10\n\n\nJoin WIA for an evening of wellness and connection at our upcoming event: Breathe & Build (Your Network). \n\n\nWe are excited to offer a one-hour yoga session led by Kara McCormack\, a 200-Hour YTT Certified Instructor. We will move gently through a grounding exercise\, a simple breath practice\, and a beginner-friendly yoga flow/stretch. No prior yoga experience is required. The session will be followed by networking and refreshments. \n  \n\n\nPlease note that registration is required and limited to 30 people. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and water bottle\, plus any bolsters or light blankets if needed for extra comfort and support.
