It features an open workspace with daylighting from skylights and solar tubes as well as side lighting\, training rooms\, and meeting rooms within a warehouse space where DPR will do research and prefabrication of construction elements for projects in the region. \nThe office is pursuing USGBC LEED Commercial Interiors and IWBI WELL certification. The building will also pursue LEED Zero Energy certification 12 months after the solar system is installed on the roof of the office space and the warehouse which will offset all the energy used in the building. \nREGISTER HERE\n(AIAT members can use the code AIAT2023 to register for free!)
