Triangle Barkitecture is a one-of-a-kind pet architecture and design competition to raise money for pets in need by supporting local foster and pet rescue organizations right here in the Triangle. Local architects, engineers, designers, and creative minds all over the Triangle compete to create the best custom pet architecture that is then auctioned off at the event with 100% of those profits going to pets in need.

Barkitecture has it’s biggest fundraising year yet!

Triangle Barkitecture returned for it’s biggest fundraising year yet on October 11th at Downtown Cary Park in Cary NC. The event raised over $48,000 for local pet rescue organizations and featured over 20 new designs from local architects and designers.

Since 2019, the Triangle Barkitecture event has raised over $150,000 for local pet rescues, supporting its missing to get more pets in loving homes.

2025 RESCUE PARTNERS 

Hope Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dogs in North Carolina. They promote the compassionate and humane treatment of all animals while focusing efforts on homeless and at-risk pets.

Mia’s Mafia is a small group of animal lovers who are working together to help facilitate Trap Neuter Release and medical care for animals in need. Through their adoptions and TNR programs, they focus on keeping things positive and supporting each other so that we can all be at our best to do the most good for the animals.

Perfectly Imperfect Pups (PIPs) is creating a better world for at-risk dogs, with a focus on those with special needs, by building a community of like-minded people through advocacy, education, fostering and adoption. PIPs envisions a world where imperfection is perfection; where all dogs get the love they deserve
