Many factors such as climate, cladding, and cost should be considered when designing a sustainable wall. This course explores those factors, as well as trends in building codes and best practices.
Building Conversations: Architects and Local Leaders is a morning roundtable bringing together local elected officials and members of the design profession for meaningful dialogue about the future of our communities. This is the fourth and final event in our series in collaboration with AIA Triangle. Over a light breakfast, we’ll explore how zoning, housing policy, and planning decisions impact affordability, sustainability, walkability, and civic design, and why architects should be at the table when those decisions are made.
