Join AIA Triangle’s EP/YAF Task Force in our annual, virtual mentorship program. In a series of sessions over the semester, we connect students, emerging professionals, and seasoned professionals across North Carolina. Conversations range from portfolio and resume reviews, professional practice questions, licensure and alternative paths, and everything in between!

EP/YAF Pizza + Pros calling all architects and emerging professionals to participate. Students want to hear your career advice, project feedback, and portfolio reviews. Students value your professional opinions on their projects and seek career advice. Join us for some pizza and casual conversation with students.

We will host an informational meeting on Tuesday, February 21st at 12:00 pm to learn more and sign up. Study groups will meet online beginning Monday, February 27th from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, then continue to meet each Monday through May 22nd.

The AIA Triangle Emerging Professionals/Young Architects Forum is inviting everyone to celebrate our local, newly licensed architects on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 6:30 pm! Join us for some words of encouragement and an opportunity to meet other professionals in the area. 

The EP / YAF Task Force is getting ready for ARE sessions, mentorship, construction tours and more this year. We need your help on our team to continue putting our plans into action! If you’ve got an interest in helping plan awesome events, sending emails, or taking part in these activities or some of your very own ideas, please join us. Everyone is welcome!

Join EP/YAF for our annual Design Summer Social! We will bring together friends and family from AIA Triangle, Diversify Architecture, NC NOMA, and NC ASLA on June 24th, 2023 at Fred Fletcher Park (820 Clay St, Raleigh, NC 27605)! The event is from 10:00am to 2:00pm, and Sam Jones BBQ boxed lunches will be served at 12pm. See you then!

Join EP/YAF for a hard hat tour of the sPARK Life Sciece Campus in Morrisville. This site tour allows attendees to closely examine 5 buildings, in various stages of construction, being built as part of the 100 acre, 1,000,000+ SqFt sPARK Life Science campus. This unique campus was designed using 4 different construction types and a robust landscape design. We will also hear from both the Architect and the Contractor as they describe the design build process for the campus. Advanced registration required -- this event is capped at 40 attendees.
