Real Matter Workshop is a community-driven education program for architects. The seven night program features visiting lecturers and local speakers that touch down on realized stressors, and possible solutions. The program addresses projects that aspirationally set standards for possibilities in architecture to change cities.
Night five features Cory Henry, principal of he award-winning LA-based namesake, Atelier Cory Henry. Cory Henry’s approach to design integrates research and socially conscious ideals to create poetic contextually driven design solutions. His work ranges in scale and types, with projects spanning several continents. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (UK), has been recognized by NCARB as an emerging force in the field, and won the US National Emerging Architect OnOlive contemporary housing competition.
