Join AIAT Board President Z. Sunderland and Executive Director Linda Frenette as we join together with other North Carolina AIA components for a day at the General Assembly, hosted by AIA NC. Together we’ll advocate for the profession, our communities, and the future of the built environment.
No advocacy experience is necessary. All participants will be equipped with the tools and talking points needed to successfully engage with legislators and discuss issues that affect architectural practice and the health, safety, and welfare of the public. We want to share experiences and insights from the field and highlight the value architects bring to their communities across our region.

1:30 – 4:00 p.m. — Appointments with Legislators at the Legislative Complex
