| Studio Sessions allows your team to collaborate in real time, either internally with your team or externally with your clients. This presentation will highlight best practices for setting up Sessions, show you how to prepare documents for upload, utilize tool sets for clearer communication, and implement a cohesive procedure for your entire team. We’ll also discuss the real game-change: custom statuses, which allows unparalleled progress tracking and team member accountability. |
| LEARNING OBJECTIVES |
- Participants will apply best practices and procedures when creating and managing a Bluebeam Session.
- Participants will effectively create and implement workflows for collaborating internally with coworkers and externally with consultants via Bluebeam Sessions.
- Participants will manage multiple teams of consultants and coordinate multiple sets of documents using Bluebeam Sessions.
- Participants will utilize tool chests and custom statuses to transform their team’s communication during document coordination.

In addition to multiple presentations with coworkers and clients, she is also a two-time presenter at Bluebeam’s annual conference, XCON. Originally from upstate NY, Liz currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina where she works for Stewart. |
