Join AIAT’s Leadership Forum, COTE, and BEC-RT for Farm to Building, a farmers market concept event seeking to address the importance and viability of bio-based materials, many of which are local to our region, in a unique and engaging way! The event will have four booths featuring TimberLab, Plantd, Raleigh Reclaimed, and Heirloom Builders. They will highlight different local bio-based material such as mass timber, grass, reclaimed wood, strawbale, and earthen plaster with a range of applications, from commercial to residential to interior design. You are invited to attend rotating mini-presentations at each booth while snacking on local-made appetizers, beer, and kombucha.
The event is sponsored and supported by AIA Triangle Leadership Forum, COTE (Committee on the Environment), and BEC-RT (Building Enclosure Council – Research Triangle). Registration is free.
