This seminar offers an open forum for business owners to learn strategies that improve the well being of their employees, the entity they own and their clients they serve in these unique times. The program will provide an opportunity for business owners to learn about creative solutions to cash flow in an uncertain time, thoughtful ways to work with employees and their benefits and what the market volatility means to future plans. We expect to have an interactive approach with plenty of question and answer time.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
Participants will determine and set the direction for their firm, move forward in challenging times and anticipate problems for their firm and clients they serve.
Participants will determine the tools to plan for the future, aspects to consider in managing finances, and steps in managing money through budgets, managing expenses, and cash flow through challenging times.
Participants will identify sound tools to reference to keep objective and informed in an ever changing financial market and be able to use them effectively to manage finances.
Participants will acquire unique perspective of obstacles in light of current pandemic/CARES Act. Participants will assess various options to meet employee needs as well as the businesses based on this new Act.
