PUBLIC MEMORIAL HOSTED BY THE FREELON FAMILY

One of Phil’s wishes was to have his memorial at one of his projects, The Durham County Human Services Building.
This project embodies his mission of making great design accessible to all.

The Memorial at Durham County Human Services Building is open to the public and an RSVP is not required
