Downtown Raleigh boasts an abundance of attractive rooftop bars/restaurants and AIA Triangle is going to take a walking tour of three. You’ll hear from owners/managers/architects about the inspiration of each unique space and the impact these spaces have on the business.
Tuesday, August 20
4:30pm: An update on downtown economic development with Lucy McInnis, Director, Events & Development for the Downtown Raleigh Alliance

6:30pm: Stop #3 The Raleigh Times (capacity: 45)

Dave Nicolay, Vice President of Empire Properties, will discuss the building rehabilitation and preservation project details.
7:00pm: Time to enjoy that beer during open networking!
This tour will take place rain or shine. Wear comfortable walking shoes and arrive ON TIME . . . the group will not wait for anybody. This is a fun and fast-paced tour. Drinks are not provided on the tour.
