AIA Triangle Committee on the Environment COTE and USGBC Carolinas invite you to attend a panel discussion, tour, and social at the new office of DPR Construction. The office space was designed by Gensler and built by DPR Construction. It features an open workspace with daylighting from skylights and solar tubes as well as side lighting, training rooms, and meeting rooms within a warehouse space where DPR will do research and prefabrication of construction elements for projects in the region.
The office is pursuing USGBC LEED Commercial Interiors and IWBI WELL certification. The building will also pursue LEED Zero Energy certification 12 months after the solar system is installed on the roof of the office space and the warehouse which will offset all the energy used in the building.
