Anne Stoddard and McKenzie Wilson of Grubb Ventures will provide a tour of one of Raleigh’s newest mixed-use developments along Capital Boulevard. They will define the entire development process, including land acquisition and design development strategy, construction, and leasing. The tour will also include participants from the Design Firms responsible for the implementation of Raleigh Iron Works. Lindsey Kretchman from the Raleigh architecture firm Cline Design Associates will describe the firm’s design process on The Forge mixed use multifamily building and its integration into the Raleigh Iron Works development. |
After the tour, join the Women in Architecture for a networking social at Lynwood Brewing Concern located at Dock 1053, 1053 E. Whitaker Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27604. Plan to carpool with fellow participants since parking is limited at Lynwood Brewing Concern. |
