ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Mini-MBA series is a year long program intended to introduce the fundamentals necessary to manage a successful design practice. Whether your goal is to grow into a management role at an existing firm or start your own practice, the topics covered in this series are critical pillars in any design practice. This program will introduce a number of topics and include presentations from local experts on subjects such as organizational development, financial management, marketing & business development, and HR & the workplace.

The Mini-MBA Series is open to licensed and non-licensed professionals with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, or a related AEC field. A total of six program sessions will be held on Tuesday mornings, starting in April and running through October.

* The Mini MBA program is not affiliated with any university, college, or accredited degree program. This Program is administered  through the AIA Triangle Leadership Forum Task Force by sourcing local professional experts in these topics.

UPON ACCEPTANCE TO PROGRAM

Upon notification of acceptance, program fee must be paid. Applicants admitted to the program will be notified mid-March.
