WHO
Someone that is in a related profession and/or trade, but not holding an architectural degree nor on track for licensure. Individual allied members may include engineers, planners, landscape architects, sculptors, muralists, artists, and others in government, education, journalism, manufacturing, industry and/or other fields allied to architecture.
WHAT
The purpose of an allied membership is to develop long term professional relations and promote communication between the architectural community and allied industries.
