EP/YAF is planning a free construction evaluation workshop. Please join us on Friday, March 19th at noon for a quick informational meeting. Readings will be assigned at the informational meeting to prepare for the activities planned for the workshop event.

AIA NC Executive Vice-President, David Crawford, Hon. AIA, will update members on issues happening across the state . He will include a legislative and regulatory update from the 2020 AIANC Legislative Agenda, as well as overall state issues we can expect to see in 2021. Laura Miller, AIA of LS3P, 2021 AIA NC President, will be on hand to discuss our chapter and what changes, plans and events are in store for the coming year.

The AIA Triangle Emerging Professionals/Young Architects Forum is inviting everyone to celebrate our local, newly licensed architects on Friday, March 26th at 5pm! Join us for some words of encouragement and opportunity to break into smaller activity groups. You'll be asked to select either a speed networking group or game night group!
Gabinete de Arquitectura harnesses the specialized knowledge of Paraguayan labor to create and construct buildings made of vernacular materials such as brick and tile, which can withstand the nation’s extreme heat and heavy rains. The architects rely on this expertise as a source of innovation in their designs and their construction.
Join EP/YAF for a guided virtual tour (hard hats optional for those at home) through the construction of Boxyard RTP. An excellent opportunity to catch a glimpse of this unique project and the lessons learned from designing with shipping containers.
