This talk is designed to help the commercial building designer to understand the new products being rapidly introduced into the market that assist in installation of multiple steps of a normal commercial exterior assembly control layers, such as: thermal, air, vapor, structure, and fire control into one or fewer steps that are traditionally used in many of today’s building designs throughout the world.
Join the College of Design at 6 PM in Burns Auditorium on Monday, September 23rd for a lecture from Frank Harmon, FAIA, of Frank Harmon Architect. Part of the Joint Lecture Series with AIA Triangle. Frank Harmon will discuss and read from his new book Native Places: Drawing as a Way to See. He will then sign copies afterward which will be available for purchase.
The presentation will focus on best practice management for architects learned through a series of scenarios and claims case studies highlighting the responsibility architects have for the health, safety, and welfare of others.
