What does it take to turn a facility assessment into a school that powers its future? Through the story of North Carolina’s Jones County K–12 campus, this session explores how thoughtful planning, strategic investment, and integrated design can create energy-positive schools that support learning, strengthen communities, and reduce long-term operating costs. Attendees will gain insight into real-world performance, lessons from operation, and practical strategies for designing simpler, more resilient schools that inspire both students and educators.

All Lectures will be from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.  at the Center for Architecture and Design. (14 E Peace Street Raleigh, NC)
